Will Krusen, President
Will Krusen is President of Falcon Affiliates, where he manages Falcon’s investment process as well as the Firm’s involvement with portfolio companies. His background includes investing in private companies and partnerships, corporate strategy, general management, and corporate finance and M&A. He has worked on financings and acquisitions ranging in size from $10 million to greater than $1billion.

Prior to founding Falcon, Krusen was a Managing Director with Raymond James Financial (NYSE:RJF) in the Proprietary Capital department where he shared investment and management responsibility for the firm’s private equity portfolio, worked with the CEO and CFO on capital allocation, and was a member of the committee that reviewed and approved client-oriented alternative investment products. Before that, Krusen was an Assistant to the Chairman/CEO. Prior to Raymond James, Krusen was an Associate with Catterton Partners, a private equity firm with over $2.5bn in AUM. Krusen began his career in the Media & Communications investment banking group of Deutsche Bank in New York.

Krusen holds an AB in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard University. He is active with the Young President’s Organization (YPO), the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the Princeton Alumni Association, and is a trustee of the Tampa Museum of Art, the YMCA of Greater Richmond, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond.

Teddy Reynolds, Vice President
Teddy Reynolds is a vice president with Falcon Affiliates.  Reynolds joined the firm in 2013 after working for nine years at Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) in New York.  Within Apollo, Reynolds worked primarily for Apollo Investment Corporation, a publicly traded business development company with a mandate targeting mezzanine, junior debt and equity co-investments for leveraged, predominantly middle market companies.  During his time at Apollo, Reynolds completed transactions for over 45 portfolio companies representing over $2 billion of invested capital.  Prior to Apollo, Reynolds worked at Salomon Smith Barney in the Leveraged Finance Group.

Reynolds graduated with Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia with a BS in Systems Engineering and a minor in Economics.

Keith Irvine, Senior Associate
Keith Irvine is a senior associate with Falcon Affiliates. Irvine joined the firm in 2010 from the investment banking group at Raymond James & Associates, Inc. where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements. Prior to that, Irvine participated in a rotational development program at Raymond James, in which he worked closely with senior management of various departments across the firm on a range of analytical projects.

Irvine received a Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Advisory Board

Willard (Sandy) Boothby, Advisor
Sandy Boothby retired from JP Morgan as a Vice-Chairman of the Investment Banking Department after a 30+ year career with the Firm.  Focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets, Boothby advised senior management and Boards of Directors of industrial, consumer products and pharmaceutical companies on corporate strategy as well as debt and equity issuance.  He graduated from Princeton University and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Nabil El-Hage, Advisor
Nabil El-Hage is the Founder and Chairman of the Academy of Executive Education which focuses on corporate governance, corporate finance, and valuation. Prior to founding the Academy, El-Hage was the Thomas Henry Carroll Ford Foundation Adjunct Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and Senior Associate Dean for External Relations. His experience includes positions with TA Associates and Advent International, and operating roles at private-equity-backed companies. El-Hage graduated cum laude from Yale University with a degree in electronic engineering, and earned his MBA with the Highest Honors, as a Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School.

Drew Graham, Advisor
Drew Graham is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Ballast Point Ventures, a growth-equity fund focused on investing in the Southeast and Texas. Prior to Ballast Point, Graham spent six years at South Atlantic Ventures. He has participated in numerous venture capital investments across industries including communications, software, healthcare and business services. Graham began his private equity career with the Merchant Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in New York. He graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University and received his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Dominion Financial Group
Falcon is affiliated with Dominion Financial Group, Inc. (“DFG”), a Tampa-based investment management firm and family office founded in 1985 with expertise in private equity, oil & gas, and real estate. DFG manages a diverse portfolio of partnerships focused on public and private investments in the afore-mentioned areas. Services provided by DFG for Falcon include: capital investment, back office infrastructure, reporting and management systems; accounting and tax advice; and deal flow.

Andy Krusen, CEO
Andy Krusen is CEO of DFG, a family office that oversees investments in private equity, natural resources, and real estate.  Krusen is chairman of Florida Capital Group, a Florida bank holding company, and serves as a director Canada Fluorspar (TSX: CFI), an industrial minerals company, Lucas Energy (NYSE MKT: LEI), an independent oil and gas company, Beall’s Department Stores, and PlanSource Holdings.

Krusen graduated from Princeton University with an AB in Geology.  Krusen is a member of the World President’s Organization (WPO)  and the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF). He is a past Chairman of Tampa’s Museum of Science and Industry.

Douglas N. Jones, CFO
Doug Jones is CFO of DFG, which he joined in 1997.  Jones oversees all financial and operational aspects of DFG’s activities, encompassing more than 70 investment partnerships and trusts.  Jones also serves as an officer of Falcon Affiliates, Gulf Standard Energy Company, and a number of other entities.  Jones joined the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) in 1986 as a National Bank Examiner and later worked for Florida Savings Bank and Florida Progress (now ProgressEnergy) in the Finance and Treasury departments.

Jones graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Finance.  He is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and holds the Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation.

Cynthia Lawrence, CPA, Director of Tax
Cynthia Lawrence is the Director of Tax at DFG, where she advises on tax matters and manages reporting for various private partnerships and trusts.

Lawrence graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Accounting.
